Assistant Manager, Accounts

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer company accounts, cash & bank transactions, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and cash transactions.
  • Cost control and monitoring daily cash expenses.
  • Record bill, voucher and ensure posting on ERP software
  • Maintain necessary books of accounts.
  • Prepare monthly project wise report.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statement monthly.
  • Prepare different kinds of financial report on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for Board of Directors.  

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • M.Com/ MBA (Accounting/Finance), CA(CC)

Experience Requirements

  • Only Male candidates should apply.
  • Applicants must have at least 5 years’ experience working in a contracting firm having projects at multiple sites.
  • Control of site materials and expenditures, building materials stock at site, monthly report, statement of work in progress etc.

Additional Requirements

  • Practical Experience on Microsoft office Package and ERP software
  • Sound interpersonal skills.
  • Report writing and Presentation Skills
