Newtech Technology is a branch under NEC GROUP, which is an exclusive repair center in Bangladesh with a state of the art lab fully equipped to carry out repairs of any kind of IT products. Our team consists of engineers who have received training in the tech capitals of the world and specialize in third level repairing.
The position offered will be under Newtech Technology banner.
Position Overview
We are looking for skilled support engineers/technician who will be able to provide on call support to clients on demand in a professional manner.
You are encouraged and preferred if you have your own repair and service station and we would like you to be available on call whenever a service query of your expertise arises.
You should possess interpersonal skills with experience in customer service. Being organized and ability to work within tight deadlines is essential.
The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the on call customer service and help the company in satisfying customers throughout Bangladesh.
This is a case to case basis service position.
What You’ll Do
If you are capable of performing any of the below repair and servicing, you are more than encouraged to apply (having expertise in multiple field is an advantage as it will help you get more case calls)
- A/C, Fridge repair and service
- Laptop and desktop repair and service
- Networking device (router, modem) repair and service
- Server maintenance
- Television and monitor repair and service
If in any case you are unable to repair the product assigned, then you will have to ask the customer whether he is willing to send the product to our main service center where our trained engineers will help repair the product.

Educational Requirements
