We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Factories in the following position:

Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to: -

  • Maintain required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.   
  • Motivate all members related to machine operation & maintenance so that they can contribute for presentation.
  • To ensure that all machines are in good condition in the lines.
  • Check and clean all the machines at the time of departure.
  • To ensure that all machines have required machine oils.
  • To repair machines in the shortest possible time, in case of any break down of machines during production.
  • Coach and monitor team members to comply safety regulations.
  •  Direct and/or perform maintenance & repairs on equipment.
  • Assist and train to mechanical employees.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and coach personnel supervised.
  • Manage the workforce assigned daily.
  • Monitor all activities regularly.

Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma or B.sc in Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge on social compliance issues

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 05-10 years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Readymix Concrete, Aggregates, Asphalt & Cement Etc.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum Age 25 year(s)
  • Should have proven experience in the related field.
  • Should be honest and hard working
  • Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
  • Good command in Bengali and English.
  • Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.

Job Location: Rupgonj & Ashulia
