We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Factories in the following position:

Manager (Asphalt Plant)

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to:-

• Monitor Material Quality, Inspect & Troubleshoot Material.
  
• Work Closely With Quality Control Department.
  
• Coach and Monitor Team Members and Sites to Comply Safety Regulations.
  
• Direct and/or Perform Maintenance & Repairs On Equipment.
  
• Calibrate Plant for Maximum Efficiency’s.
  
• Troubleshoot and Problem Solve Situations/Problems (Materials, Quality, Equipment, Operation/Repair Etc.) Monitor and Discuss Production Problems With Co-workers and Managers/Supervisors.
  
• Assist and Train Plant Employees.
  
• Record Pertinent Information Accurately and Relay Production, Quality, Equipment and Personnel Information to Appropriate Individuals.
  
• Approve and Submit Work Hours of Personnel and Pertinent Job Information Daily.
  
• Maintain liaison with various agencies (Govt. and non govt. offices) as and when as required.
  
• Evaluate, monitor, and coach personnel supervised.
  
• Manage the workforce assigned daily.
  
• Monitor all activities regularly.

Qualification:

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering
  
• Knowledge on social compliance issues

Experience:

• Minimum Ten (10) years’ experience in a relevant field.

Additional Requirements:

• Age Minimum 35 year(s)
  
• Should have proven experience in the related field.
  
• Should be honest and hard working
  
• Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.

Job Location: Dhaka, Narayangonj & Gazipur
