National Development Engineers Ltd. (NDE) initially started its journey with the name of “The Development Engineers” a partnership firm with effect from 14th February, 1981. Later on, it was re-named as “National
Development Engineers Ltd.” from 13th March 1982 as a private Limited Company with a view to make significant contribution in the construction sector of the country.

Today NDE has earned the reputation of one of the leading construction firm of the country, capable to undertake any kind of civil, electrical & mechanical Engineering projects which require specialized professional experience with requisite technical knowledge.

We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Organization in the following position:
GM/ DGM - Procurement
Responsibility
  • Oversee and lead the sourcing, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and
    logistics functions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of materials and finished goods.
  • Able to develop the policy and reorganize the procedures for coordination of supply chain and
    procurement management with other functional areas, such as Tender, Vendor, finance & accounts,
    commercial, production, store, quality assurance etc.
  • Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental
    policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
  • Maintain record for tracking and reporting of key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve
    effectiveness.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and create alternative pool. Monitor the availability of stocked raw
    materials and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
  • Evaluate and enhance supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency
    improvements, and streamlining operations.
  • Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to payment.
  • Able to analysis of the data, and prepare CS (Comparative Statement) accordingly to ensure
    product availability on time.
  • Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish strong supplier relationships to
    ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply base.
  • Any other job/assignment as per management's requirement.

Educational Requirements
  • Post-graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements
  • At least 18-20 year(s).
  • Supply Chain Management.
  • Age at least 45 years.
  • The applicants should have experience in related field and position.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
    Talent in negotiations and networking.
  • Must have ability to travel.
