• The Project Manager - Civil Construction is primarily responsible for overseeing the Construction of large Building projects. He will involve in the areas of planning, budgeting, resource allocation, worker coordination etc.
• Having experience in PWD, World bank, JIC, ADB or Foreign Funded building projects.
• Monitor all activities regularly.
• Study and analyses BOQ and project plan, work schedule and progress report.
• Assess project estimations and budgets.
• Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
• Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
• Oversee construction site workers, and subcontractors.
• Plan and review potential safety issues.
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of construction projects
• Contribution in cost and price calculations.
• Any other job as per management's requirement

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Public University graduates shall be preferred
