We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Organization in the following position:

Project Manager - Civil (Building Construction)

Job Context

  • The Project Manager - Civil Construction is primarily responsible for overseeing the Construction of large Building projects. He will involve in the areas of planning, budgeting, resource allocation, worker coordination etc.
  • Having experience in PWD, World bank, JIC, ADB or Foreign Funded building projects.
  • Candidates work in Cyclone Shelter projects shall be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare project plan, work schedule and progress report.
  • Assess project estimations and budgets.
  • Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
  • Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
  • Oversee construction site workers, and subcontractors.
  • Plan and review potential safety issues.
  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of construction projects
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering in Civil Engineering (BSc)
  • Public University graduates shall be preferred.
  • At least BSc in civil 12 year(s)

Experience Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Building Construction
    • Cyclone Shelter projects

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 38 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Candidate must have experience in finishing work of civil construction
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure, Auto CAD Designing, Computer skill, Construction, Engineering Firm.
