Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Islamic banking clients, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with Shariah-compliant products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring effective solutions are provided in a timely manner.
• Ensure all banking transactions and activities comply with Islamic banking guidelines, Shariah law, and regulatory requirements.
• Actively promote and cross-sell various Islamic banking products.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Islamic banking, financial products, and Shariah principles.
• Educate customers about the advantages of Islamic banking and help them make sound financial decisions based on Islamic principles.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

• MBA/MBM/Masters/Four Years' Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputed public or private universities having no 3rd class in academic records.
• Obtained any professional degree in Islamic Banking or Islamic Banking Diploma will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 03 years of work experience in GB/Investment desk of Islamic Banking Branch/Sub-branch or Windows of any reputed commercial Islamic bank.
• Experience may be relaxed as per management decision for highly competent candidates.

Age Limit

• Age not over 35 years as on 05 March, 2025. (Age limit may be relaxed for highly qualified, skilled and business-oriented personnel).

Other Competency

• Candidates should be tech-savvy with MS Office operational knowledge.
• Candidates should have enthusiasm, self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skill along with high level of integrity to develop career in a highly competitive and challenging environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Sound knowledge on Islamic Banking Products, Guidelines on regulatory authority and operational activities.
• Candidates who are currently working in Islamic Banking Branches will be given preferences.
