Job Responsibility:
- Execute the sales strategy to ensure the selling target.
- Leading sales team to obtain assigned targets by management and Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company.
- Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
- Corporate Marketing Strategies
- Manage and Monitor daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
- Monitor the existing competitor activities and compete accordingly.
- Maintain a database of customers and nurse them to become potential
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Daily sales reporting to the supervisor
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the sales process.
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success and effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
- To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, counseling with the client, sales meeting arrange, Marketing with customer relation develop, site visit with a client
- Indoor & outdoor marketing
- Monitoring Jr. sales officer
Education:
- BBA/Honors in Marketing
- MBA/Masters in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Must be disciplined, target oriented, fruitful, hardworking, modest & honest
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
