Technical Sales Engineer (B2B Sales)

Job Location: Dhaka and Chittagong
Key Deliverables of the Role:
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets through existing and targeted Customers/ OEMs/ Power Plants/ Key Account/ Channel Associates/ Consultants/ Indirect Exporters/ Corporates.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer/ corporate base.
- Understand client requirements, coordinate with various operating groups and develop a competitive proposal.
- Ensure market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyze key market trends.
- Mapping the market and keeping track of the competitors.
- Engage in techno - commercial discussions with clients, consultants for business development in respective region to ensure clear order in system.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Closely follow up customers’ payment and collection activities to ensure prompt customer payment.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering/ Petroleum & Mining Engineering
Additional Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Experienced for 1(one) year in relevant industry will get preference.
- The candidate must have effective communication skill in both Bengali and English.
- Must be target driven, details oriented and customer focused.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Excellent Computer skills in MS Office – Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Willing to travel extensively to achieve set target.
Salary (CTC): Negotiable
