We are in the process of looking for a young, competent, and committed individual to a play a dynamic role as Sales Engineer - Power Generators. He must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. He must be able to establish and maintain strong relationship with contractors and consultants throughout the sales cycle.

Job responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per company policy.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor market activities, follow up on sales and promotional activities.
• Travel to project sites, visit key clients and maintain professional business relationship within target accounts.
• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with company’s business standard and develop rapport with customers.
• Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
• Gather market & competitor information thereby forecasts future sales.

Employment Status: Full-Time

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant Engineering Qualification
 
Job Experience

Minimum 03-05 years’ working experience in Power Generator field or similar industry under similar capacity as an Engineer.

Additional Job Requirement

• Age between 25-35 Years.
• Strong team building skills, demonstration skills and ability in effectively leading teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Effective negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali (Bangla).
• Smart, Energetic and willing to travel countrywide.
• Excellent relationship with consultants, building contractors and subcontractors would be an added advantage.

Salary: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 BDT
