Position Name: National Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new distribution point as per requirement of the company.
  • Distribution Management and build a well-trained and aligned team of skilled and highly experienced sales persons.
  • Cost management to improve bottom-line.
  • Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
  • Create, Implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace, and facilitate internal and external communications.
  • Advise distributors on policies and operation procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  • To maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the consumer to ensure primary & secondary sales.
  • Process implementation across Claim settlement, Market coverage, Report writing, Review process to develop an efficient environment.
  • To ensure proper monitoring with the junior officers to achieve sales target.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Minimum graduate in any discipline

Experience Requirements: At least 6-8 years’ experience in any Agro Food or any Beverage Company

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable
