Time Schedule:

  • Last date for submission of tender application: 26 April 2023
  • Submission time of tender application: from 9.00 am to 4.00pm on working day.
  • Opening date of tender application: 30 April 2023 at 10am

Term and conditions:

  • You will provide price quotation according to mentioned Brand, Model and Size with details specification.
  • You must provide unit cost and total cost for all item in your quotation
  • You will be agreed to deliver the goods to Nari Maitree head office at 133/A & B West Agargaon, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka by your own cost.
  • You must provide a photocopy of legal documents with tender (e.g. Updated Trade licence, VAT/BIN & Tax Certificate etc.)
  • Tax & VAT will be deducted according to govt. rules at source.
  • Payment will be given by account payee cheque after receiving the goods as per approved sample
  • You will address to Chairman, Procurement Committee, Nari Maitree, 133/A & B, West Agargaon, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207.
  • You must mention as per your companies policy in the tender (e.g, VAT & Tax, payment, lead time, validity etc.)
  • The authority of Nari Maitree reserves the right to receive or reject any or all tender quotation without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
