Muslim Hands International (MHI) is a non-profitable earning, non- government, voluntary development organization established in the year 1995. The organization is duly registered under sub rule (4) of the Foreign Donation (Voluntary Activities) Regulation Rules 1978, vide registration FDR No.966 dated August 30, 1995 and subsequently renewed on May 28, 2007; March 9, 2011; August 18, 2015 and last renewed date November 4, 2020. The Foreign Contributions (Regulation) Ordinance, 1982 and Circular No.33.43.27.00.00.01.2000.107 Dated May 29, 2001 also issued from Prime Minister's Secretariat. Muslim Hands Bangladesh has taken up numbers of projects, Education, Health Care, Orphan Sponsorship Scheme, Safe Water Scheme and other special and seasonal programs such as Emergency Disaster Relief, Winter Relief, Shelter House Construction, Masjid Construction, Livelihoods, Qurbani, Ramadan Iftar distribution etc. as per direction of the donor agency and for implementation of the aim and objects of the organization. Our main donors are Muslim Hands UK, Muslim Hands France, Muslim Hands South Africa, Muslim Hands Canada and working both directly and with partners in over twenty countries, carrying out short and long-term projects in emergency relief, educational and vocational training, orphan sponsorship, medical care and safe water.

Muslim Hands International (MHIBD) invite bidders to participate in tendering for the Installation of 500 Shallow Tubewell in Mymensingh District. Details TOR/BoQ/Drawing/Design for Shallow Tubewell installation are attached here.

The Tubewell Installation work must be started immediately after issuing the work order & handover the sites. The total work must be completed within 03  Months of signing the contract(s). Work must be completed within stipulated timeframe.

We expect Tender from suitably qualified and experienced contractors of medium level having at least 5 (five) years practical experience in Tubewell Installation and civil works. One Bidder can submit one tender only upon their technical and financial capacity to execute the work within the timeline fixed for completion of work.

Contractor will be liable to pay all taxes and duties and fees within the approved contract value. VAT will be calculated as per Bangladesh Gov. rules and regulations. Income Tax as applicable under the law in the country will be deducted at source while making any payment. Contractor/s need to add the VAT and AIT in their offer. All relevant copies of business documents i.e. Trade license, VAT registration, TIN Certificate, National ID, Bank statement of last six months or Bank Certificate, Experience certificate etc., must be updated and submitted with the price offer.

The tenderer / bidder on their own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the sites, way of communications, availability and outsourcing of necessary resources obtaining all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and entering into a contract for performance of the works. Your offer must remain valid for 120 days after receipt of Tender submission before a Contract. The contract will be awarded to the Tenderer, offering the most competitive technical & financial offer.
