NOTICE FOR VENDOR ENLISTMENT

Muslim Hands International, Bangladesh is registered with the Bureau of NGO Affairs working in different sectors i.e. education, WASH, health, livelihood, child protection, poverty alleviation and disaster relief program since 1995. Our main donor Muslim Hands UK is an international relief and development NGO, established in 1993 working both directly and with partners in over 20 countries, beside UK, Muslim Hands France, Muslim Hands South Africa, Muslim Hands Canada are also donating for carry out short and long-term projects in emergency relief, educational and vocational training, orphan sponsorship, medical care and safe water.

Muslim Hands International Bangladesh is inviting applications for vendor enlistment for its Qurbani Project. This initiative aims to ensure the smooth procurement and implementation of Qurbani services across various regions of Bangladesh.

Eligible vendors, Agro firms, suppliers, and service providers with proven experience and capacity in the following categories are encouraged to apply for enlistment:

• Livestock (Cattle, Cow, Goat/Sheep) Suppliers including Slaughtering and Meat Processing Services & Local Butchers and Skilled Labor Services

Requirements for Enlistment:

• Valid Trade License. TIN and BIN Registration Certificates
• National ID / Company Registration Documents
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Client reference(s) or completion certificates of similar works/ experience certificate
• Company/organization profile

Interested vendors are requested to submit their expression of interest (EOI) along with the above documents in a sealed envelope/Email clearly marked:
