Terms & Conditions:
- The suppliers should have Trade Licence, TIN and VAT registration certificate and mention in have to quotation.
- Quoted price should be “unit price” including Tax, VAT and other admissible charges as per GoB rules & regulation where applicable.
- Supplied equipment not meeting the specifications should be replaced at supplier’s own cost within the mentioned time frame.
- Payment will be made by account payee cheque within 30th days from the date of delivery of the equipment in good condition.
- Product must be delivered within 30th days of work order.
- Price Quotation validity must be 30th days.
ManabikShahajyaSangstha (MSS) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever. The quotation should be reached to undersigned by 4.00 PM on or before May 11, 2021. Suppliers will send print copy of the quotation withsealed envelopes.
