Education: Post–graduation degree in social science from any recognized university.
Experience: At least 03 Years of experience in monitoring, supervision, and marketing of the education program.

- Excellent communication and report-writing skills in both Bangla and English.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email correspondence) is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary: The APO (Job Placement & Education Program Advancement) plays a critical role in facilitating employment for project-trained youth and supporting early childhood education initiatives under MSS. The position demands a results-oriented professional with proven experience in job placement, stakeholder engagement, and grassroots program monitoring. The scope of work is split as follows:
- 60%: Job placement support for MSS Technical Institute graduates.
- 40%: Field-level supervision and reporting on activities at 9 Shishukanon-Prak Prathomik Biddyaloy (including education and health monitoring).
The ideal candidate will be a proactive networker, a skilled data manager, and a committed development practitioner capable of bridging training with job market realities while also supporting foundational education efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Job Placement Facilitation
- Coordinate with local employers, industries, and service sectors to secure job placements for technical/vocational graduates of the MTI
- Align training programs with current labor market demands to ensure graduate employability.
- Identify, map, and maintain a pipeline of potential employment opportunities across sectors.
B. Stakeholder Engagement & Networking
- Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with employers, trade associations, and placement officers from partner institutes.
- Represent MSS in industry roundtables, employer forums, and local chamber meetings to promote placement efforts.
- Engage with local community-based organizations to enhance outreach and job-matching capacity.
C. Database Management & Reporting
- Maintain a dynamic and accurate Trainee Management System (TMS) for tracking trainee profiles, employment status, wage data, and job retention.
- Produce comprehensive reports on placement outcomes, including quantitative data and qualitative insights.
- Support real-time data collection and submission aligned with M&E frameworks and donor requirements.
D. Event Management & Promotion
- Organize and support job fairs, employer meets, and exposure visits.
- Highlight successful placements and impact stories through reports, visuals, or social media (as per MSS communication guidelines).
- Support campus recruitment drives and pre-placement workshops.
E. Labor Market Intelligence
- Continuously monitor industry trends, local hiring patterns, and skill needs to inform training center strategies.
- Identify skill gaps and emerging opportunities to guide curriculum enhancement and placement forecasting.
F. Trainee Support Services
- Deliver employability sessions on CV writing, interview techniques, and professional conduct.
- Provide individualized career counseling and soft skills support.
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure job continuity and resolve workplace challenges.
G. Shishukanon Pre-school Monitoring
- Monitoring & Support: Conduct regular visits to 9 Shishukanon-Prak Prathomik Biddyaloy. Observe classroom practices, health sessions, and learning outcomes.
- Teacher Guidance: Offer strategic feedback to teachers to enhance teaching quality and child development practices.
- Parent & Teacher Engagement: Attend scheduled parent-teacher meetings. Communicate head office directives and facilitate community understanding of educational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare structured monitoring reports, summarizing school conditions, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
