Finance Manager  will carries out financial aspects of the planning, purchasing and monitoring processes including financial analysis, accounting, preparation and analysis of monthly net revenue results works with other department heads such as legal, customer service, human resources, central records and payment processing to ensure smooth service operations;  VAT & Tax Audit conducted by NBR, AG and other Government Authorities: Keep all the VAT registers update, issue VAT Chalan and maintain other VAT records conforming to VAT law

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD & office programme

Candidate must have 12 years of practical experience at least two nos ten-storied buildings including two basements in government and semi-government enlisted construction organizations.

Responsible for supervision of construction work, Quality control, Project Monitoring Invoice/ bill preparing, dealing with clients, progress of work. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with Auto CAD.
