Key Role:

• Responsible for meeting goals of the clinical channel of MSB and ensure sustainable business growth through adaptation of Commercial Business strategies and Practices.  
• Regular analysis of clinical channel performance against goals and objectives for clinics using regular performance reports, assessing and analysing results, and develop specific actions directly related to business development and growth, consistently across all clinics.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing growth and development of clinics and the clinic network and develop action plans to integrate learnings into channel.
• Encourage a culture of passion and commitment to drive exemplary client experiences in clinics and a focus on business growth.
• Ensure high standard of clinical and operational protocol as well as patient confidentiality and safety benchmarks.
• Develop and implement feasible business cases that could be part of MSB’s commercial venture
• Maintain fiscal responsibility for departmental operations. Direct the development, implementation, and evaluation of department budget. Integrate financial information for use in clinical resource management.
• Ensure high quality service standards of clinics are maintained and high level of client satisfaction is always achieved.
• Oversight of organisational marketing and responsible for generating and improving MSB brand awareness, demand creation strategies and client referral networks.
• Provide leadership and support in the management of direct reports, ensuring clear guidance and expectations and provision of support for capacity development where required
• Lead and develop strategies to strengthen and expand the contact center platforms for improved access to information on safe administration of MR product, referrals (complications and PAFP) and continuing support including technical and human resources development.

Key Requirements:

• 10-15 years of related experience with 3-5 years in senior management level experience in managing commercial operations in a reputed national or international organization. Proven track record in leading maternity centers/ hospital/ healthcare services will be given preference. Sound knowledge about internationally recognized patient safety benchmarks and clinical protocol.
• Master’s degree in public health, business discipline, MBBS, hospital administration, or any other related field.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to work independently as well as to lead a team with a collaborative approach. and to promote high-performance culture.
