Key Role:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot PC, Laptops, desktop applications and operating systems (e.g. MS-Office, Windows etc.)
- Receive and respond to support requests according to procedures.
- Installation, configurations, and repair of network equipment, e.g.: Access point, Switches, routers, Firewall modems, network printer etc.
- Troubleshoot telecommunication problems.
- Network user’s administration and maintenance with proper documentation
- Installation and configuration of server-based applications.
- Troubleshooting of security & access point related problems
- Install and configure network and stand-alone printers.
- Liaison, monitor external repairs and tracking vendor’s service warranty for the repaired equipment.
- Monitor service rate according to SLA and part's price is reasonable as per current market price.
- Attend meetings at Clinics /Project Offices when required to give advice/assistance on IT issues.
- MIS systems support and engage in configuration and training delivery.
- Proper documentation maintains of all IT process as per policy.
Key Requirements:
- At least 4 years in information technology. Experience with computerised accounting systems.
- Experience in systematic methods for ICT troubleshooting and analytical problem solving, helping users on ICT products and services, and use of applications and diagnostic tools.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Bachelors with professional computer courses/ diploma related field.
