& MANAGEMENT

MSB is looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance & Management (Female) to ensure that clinical services in MS Clinics adhere to MSB clinical standards and national protocols and be an ‘expert’ source of all technical advice/training/guidance to doctors, paramedics and other service providers regarding matters related to client safety and care. The position will be based in Country Support Office, Dhaka and will travel field frequently.

Key Role:

  • Responsible for the clinical governance of MSB clinics, supporting the GM- Clinical Quality Assurance & Management with appropriate quality assurance, accountabilities and governance tools functioning within clinics.
  • Maintain up to date and comprehensive knowledge of National Protocols for clinical services and MSI global Clinical policies and guidelines. Share expertise and ensure that all clinic staff are familiar with standards and remain up to date as changes occur.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware and knowledgeable on the relevant clinical MSB/MSI and GoB protocols, systems and guidelines and that relevant GoB and MSB and MSI global standards are made available at the clinic levels.
  • Working closely with the GM- Quality Assurance and Management, ensure coaching, regular monitoring & supervision and clinical quality auditing of the centres. Set quality assessment annual plans for clinic operations ensuring that assessment indicators are measurable and ensure audits are completed with developing action plan on time and Assist MSI during MSI global QTA visit.
  • Assist service providers in clinics in the handling critical or complicated medical cases and support clinics when clinical incidents occur and during the incident management processes. Follow the MSI Incident Management protocol.
  • Discuss with the clinic teams on the gaps identified during clinical quality audits, clinical incident investigations and monitoring visits. Develop the action plan involving the clinic teams based on the gaps.
  • Ensure that client safety issues are adequately addressed, and all complications are dealt according to MSI and MSB protocol. Also Ensure service delivery is consistent with IP practices and referral protocols and mechanism.
  •  Building the knowledge and skills of the service providers through training, on job orientation and coaching. Assess the competency of the service providers as per MSI protocol.
  • Work in a Team with good manners, politeness and professionalism.

Key Requirements:

  • MBBS with MPH.
  •  5years’ experience in the field of reproductive health/ Clinic/Hospital business. Training on MR, IUD, Infection Prevention, CPR, Implanon, RTI/STI, USG will be an added advantage.
  • Skill in report writing & power point presentation, excellent compute skill.
  • Team player, excellent interpersonal & communication skill, self- organizing capacity. Hard working, proactive, open to ideas and contributions from others.
