Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Software Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing software support, engaging with clients to understand their concerns, and delivering effective solutions. You will also play an active role in troubleshooting and analyzing software issues to ensure optimal performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their software-related queries and issues.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software problems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime both in DLS headquarter and field offices.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex issues and improve software performance.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Assist in software deployment and configuration to meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Train and mentor junior support engineers to enhance the overall technical support capability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative support solutions.
  • Extensive field visit according to necessity and schedule of the headquarter.

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in software development.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in software debugging, with a strong ability to identify and fix errors effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and data manipulation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze issues and develop efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members clearly and professionally.
  • Hands-on experience with dJango framework to support our software solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in customer service, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing and resolving their software-related issues promptly.
