Salary Range: Negotiable
Duty Station: Head Office in Dhaka with occasional field visits if required. Certain portion of the LOE will be assigned for Donor funded programs after recruitment.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Talent Management:
- Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, preparing employment contracts aligned with local regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Conducting annual performance evaluation.
- Enhance employee productivity by providing necessary motivation, counseling and continuous monitoring.
- Maintain and update TM related records and documents of all employees in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
- Documentation for internal & external audit purposes.
- Developing and implementing human resource plans and personnel management policies.
- Take care of disciplinary issues such as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal etc.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and develop and/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issue, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situation in the future.
- Serving as a point person for all employee queries.
- Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management time to time.
• Admin:
- Manage and train administrative staff and assure their smooth operation.
- Manage office operations and all logistics related issues.
- Manage and maintain all sorts of office inventory (Laptops, Smart Phones, Dining etc.).
- Identifying gaps in existing admin processes and generating new ideas and implementation plans.
- Keeping records, finding discrepancies on a periodic basis and taking corrective actions.
- Raising flag to top management whenever necessary.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Background or any other relevant discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Previous working experience in USAID funded project.
- Working experience in ICT sector will be an added advantage.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Smart, proactive, professional, hardworking and should have extra-ordinary interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to communicate precisely in Bangla and English, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the Talent Management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
- Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor law and Labor Rules.
- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
- Active listening skills.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Well conversant in Microsoft office.
