Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the garment industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to provide complete solutions to clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to upper management.
• Negotiate and close deals and Support to Agent and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in garment manufacturing technology.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 year(s) in especially in Narayangonj from Factory/Agent/Machine Manufacturer Experience with sewing, cutting, finishing, or automation machinery for garments.
