Job Responsibilities

• The candidate should have clear concept/experience in Structural and Construction work of apartment building
• The candidate will be responsible to implement the project as per design
• Ensure completion of project on time and within allocated budget
• Strong follow up and persuasive skills
• Ability to run the construction project independently
• Responsible for leading the Project/ Construction
• Provide timely feedback or report to the management on project related performance
• Capable to run the complete construction management
• Able to prepare work and project completion schedule
• Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing
• Project store and stock maintenance
• Any other task assigned by management
• Ensure adequate manning to complete the project within time.
• Participate in Quality Control of the project.
• Solving construction difficulties & carry out cost estimation.
• Cooperation with design, marketing, procurement and accounts departments.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized institution with at least 05 years hand on experience from piling work to handover the apartment building.

Experience Requirements

• At least 05 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Should have a 'Can-do' attitude all time.
• Adequate supervision experience about construction site in building project.
• Good communication skill.
• Excellent interpersonal skill.
• Self motivated & self driven.
• Result oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• The Candidate should have working experience in respective field in well reputed real estate/ construction company
• Well conversant with MS Office applications, internet browsing etc.
