• We’re looking for an agile, and highly professional for Marketing Department.

Core Job Functions

• Delivering persuasive sales presentations to various prospective clients. Familiarizing oneself with and advocating for company initiatives.
• Overseeing the team`s daily operations effectively. Inspiring and guiding the team towards accomplishing organizational objectives.
• Creating and executing a strategic timeline to meet set targets. Assigning tasks to individual team members based on their strengths and capabilities.
• Providing comprehensive training sessions to enhance the potential of team members.
• Equipping team members with the necessary skills to boost their confidence, product expertise, and communication abilities.
• Playing a pivotal role in the company`s expansion by fostering a successful team dynamic. Leading and directing the team in alignment with organizational goals.
• Compiling comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Take charge of development responsibilities until customer approval is obtained.

Location: Gazipur, Dhaka (Baridhara)

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from any Discipline from reputed Public/Private University.

Experience Requirements

• At least 12 to 20 years’ experience in the Garments Accessories.
• Prior experience in a Multinational trims company is preferred.
