Job Responsibilities
- Lead Monitor and coordinator a team of ASMs, RSMs and DSM.
- Prepare and assign monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
- Achieving the primary and secondary sales target though deport and dealer's in the market.
- Executing all promotional and trade marketing offers / programs in the market.
- Fostering a performance culture among the team members.
- Keep an eye on competitor’s sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
- Manage the sales cycle effectively and track the activities of the Sales Force.
- Increase the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.

Educational Requirements
- BBA/BA/ BSC/ MBA any in discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 7 years Marketing & Sales Experience in the field of Electrical & Electronics sector.
