Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the food & Beverage, consumers products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales plans accordingly.
  • Set clear sales targets for each product category and track performance against goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives and improve individual performance.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to sales representatives to enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers within the assigned region.
  • Regularly meet with major customers to assess their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts for each product category and share insights with the senior management team.
  • Ensure that the sales team is well-versed in product features, benefits, and market positioning for
  • Organize regular training sessions and ensure the team is up-to-date with new products, promotions, and market developments.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and lead efforts to open new sales channels and markets for the food & Beverage, consumers products, Toiletries, personal care.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement product promotions, advertising campaigns, and trade programs.
  • Manage the sales budget for each division to ensure that the department operates within financial limits.
  • Optimize sales resources, including trade spending and promotional budgets, for maximum return on investment.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate pricing and discount structures.
  • Implement corrective actions to improve performance and sales results.
