• Hon’s/ Masters in any discipline from UGC Approved universities (Preferred in marketing or Business discipline)

Experience Requirements

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/ Beverage,Food (Packaged), Beverage
• 2-5 years experience in food & beverages, consumers products, chemical industries, Toiletries, personal care
• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Educational qualification can be relaxed in case of experienced candidates.
• Age 25 to 32 years

Job Description / Responsibility

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage consumers, chemical industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
