MJL Bangladesh Limited (MJLBL) is a public listed company in the downstream petroleum sector of Bangladesh engaged in blending, importing and distributing of Mobil brand lubricants of ExxonMobil.. We are looking for ambitious, pro-active, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for its Sales & Marketing Department at Dinajpur territory.

Educational Qualification: BBA or equivalent from any reputed University. MBA or equivalent from any reputed University is preferred
Experience:2-3-year (s) experience in relevant field.
Job Nature: Full Time

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving Company's sales target set by the Management and prepare periodic statement accordingly
  • Execute the Sales for achieving the organizational goal
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationship with existing and potential customers to reach the given target
  • Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about product, services and assess requirements in order to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs
  • Display and explain product feature with financial benefits to customers at trade exhibitions, events, road show and demonstrations
  • Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports
  • Extensive travel within the territory to maximize market coverage
  • Maintain liaison with other departments for smooth and quality services to the clients

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Sound Knowledge on computer application
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
  • Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply in business requirements.
  • Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner
