We are looking for ambitious, pro-active, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for its Engineering Services Department.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public/private University. Candidates with M.Sc or equivalent from any public/private university will get preference.

Experience: At least 10 years’ practical experience in relevant area where 07 years’ of experience in different managerial role.

Job Nature: Full Time

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning, budgeting, coordinating and implementing the construction design including formulation of construction and maintenance plan
• Lead and supervise an entire Engineering Department and administer project based tasks overseeing all aspects of build design, from contract award to handover
• Determine and define scope of work and deliverable. Obtain necessary permits, approvals & other regulatory prerequisites
• Prepare detail cost estimation, materials requirement and time schedule. Negotiate with different contracting companies to ensure sufficient quantity and quality of equipment and maintain the standard of construction as per design specification
• Coordination with structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical design consultants for effective implementation of projects
• Vendor and material sourcing and selection for land development, skeleton work, interior work, façade installation and Water Management system
• Ability to efficiently inspect and review project construction to monitor compliance with budget code, safety code and other related regulations
• Lead the preparation of technical and contract documentation for issue and analysis of returned tenders
• Oversee the electromechanical system
