MJLBangladesh Limited (MJLBL) is a joint venture company in the downstream energy sector of Bangladesh engaged in blending, importing and distributing of Mobil brand lubricants of ExxonMobil. We are looking for ambitious, pro-active, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for its Engineering Services Department.

Position: BMS and Fire Control Supervisor

Location: Dhaka

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering course.

Experience: Minimum 03 years’ practical experience on BMS and Fire equipment installation and operation. Any training certification on Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) and firefighting system will get privilege.

Job Nature: Full Time

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling of HVAC system.
• Administrator of Fire alarm system, Fire hydrant System, Sprinklers.
• Maintaining lighting automation system.
• Preparing utility bills.
• Responsible for controlling of Control Panels and DDC panels.
• Monitoring and control of WTP, STP, Pumps, VFD fans, Generators, Lifts etc.
• Periodic maintenance of BMS controllers, panels, valves and other related equipment

Additional Job Requirements:

• Should have sound technical knowledge on trouble shooting of BMS and Fire equipment.
• Must have proper knowledge of BMS software.
