MJL Bangladesh Limited (MJLBL) is a joint venture company in the downstream energy sector of Bangladesh engaged in blending, importing and distributing of Mobil brand lubricants of ExxonMobil. We are looking for ambitious, pro-active, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for its Sales & Marketing Department.

Position: Assistant Manager- Industrial Lube

Location: Dhaka

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University and MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing from any reputed public or private university is compulsory.

Experience: At least 7 year (s) experienced in relevant field.

Job Nature: Full Time

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve planned sales volume target from industrial/power customers.
• Visit and follow up existing and new prospective customers on regular basis to enhance sales.
• Organize technical seminar/lube clinics at key customer’s premises to motivate customers for using Mobil brand products.
• Improve and upgrade customers towards synthetic products by benefit selling. 
• Search new customer to meet target volume.
• Monitor competitor’s activities and up date line manager for further planning.
• Visit factory/power/plant/manufacturing industry regularity and assist line manager for meeting and upgrading targeted sales volume.
• Acquit technical knowledge to attend customer queries & support automotive team.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Sound Knowledge in computer application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply in business requirements.
• Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner
