We are looking for ambitious, pro-active, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for its Sales & Marketing Department for immediate appointment.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Experience: 0-2 year (s) experience in relevant field is preferred
Job Nature: Full Time

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for problem solving and providing technical support to IL (Industrial Lubricants) and AL (Automotive Lubricants).
• Responsible for providing technical support to prime dealers and maintain good relationship with the strategic partners of distributors in major cities.
• Develop and implement strategies in line with sale support.
• Execute marketing programs effectively and coordinate with sales promotion activities.
• Coordinate with existing accounts and sales team to organize seminars, customer clinics & events for AL customers.
• Implement planned engineering services at nominated key accounts.
• Provide engineering services and support to customers and channel partners in product recommendation and applications, lubrication assessment/survey, product up gradation, introducing new product, conversion opportunities and troubleshooting.
• Drive new business acquisitions and conversions.
• Act as an engineering, services and technical sales resource for the field sales force
• Identify and address customer needs.
• Conduct sales training to technical employees and customers for increasing product and applications knowledge
• Promote deployment of the used oil condition monitoring program to customers and industry
• Generate engineering reports and documentation of findings/investigations carried out at customer sites
• Travel to the strategic and main accounts for technical support.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Sound Knowledge on computer application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strategic thinking, team player, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply in business requirements.
• Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner.
