Position: Manager - Business Analysis & Planning

Educational Qualification:. B.Sc in Petroleum Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering from a reputed University. Master’s degree from any reputed Public or Private University will be an advantage.
Experience: At least 10 years of total working experience in Sales & Marketing. Working Experience in Market Analysis, Sales Operations, Business Planning, or Sales Performance Analytics are required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare the Annual Business Plan (ABP) by transforming the management’s strategic directives into actionable business plans.
  
• Conduct market survey & market analysis, evaluate competitor activities, and support strategic planning to improve organizational performance.
• Monitor Annual Business Plan execution, provide performance insights to relevant managers, and conduct periodic business reviews with ExxonMobil dedicated personnel for the com Prepare the Annual Performance Report for the Sales & Marketing team and the Wholesaler/Retailer network using target vs. achievement insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Performance Reports for the top management using SAP data.
• Manage the Sales Forecasting Process by preparing quarterly projections for local and imported products.
• Act as a key liaison among Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and Finance teams to resolve sales operation issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the Senior Management in preparing business presentations and analysis as needed.
