Position: Head of Sales- Automotive Lubricants

Vacancy: 01

Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent from any reputed Public or Private University

Experience: At least 15 years of total working experience in Sales & Marketing where 5-7 years in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors’ activities and strategies
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies and lead sales team to achieve nationwide sales targets
  • Perform research and identify new potential customer segments and new market opportunities
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques. Develop innovative sales strategies to increase sales within each territory
  • Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the Management periodically.
  • Continually meet or exceed sales targets by encouraging customers nationwide through marketing activities and work across the company to create custom solutions that deliver value to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain the relationship with the distributors and direct off & on highway customers and resolve customer complaints regarding sales
  • Conduct surveys to better understand customer needs as well as monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
  • Motivate Sales Force to achieve sales target, monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
