Position: Sales Engineer

Vacancy: 01

Location: Dhaka (job location can be transferred based on management’s decision)

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University

Experience: 1-2-year (s) of experience in a relevant field is preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply

Job Nature: Full Time

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieving planned volume targets and managing personal and team goals to meet the individual and company's annual targets.
  • Assisting industrial customers and the whole seller in creating mass awareness of using quality lubricants in the territory and beyond to establish our strength over the competition.
  • Analyzing competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment and preparing counter reports
  • Following up with potential customers to upsell and improve the service. Monitor used oil samples on a per-customer basis.
  • Supporting the technical issues of the Sales Team. Organize training, lube clinic, and inspection to potential industries.
  • Arranging technical seminars in a year for customers to demonstrate product benefits with the aid of the technical team

Skills and Competencies:

  • Sound Knowledge of computer application
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills, and technically sound.
  • Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply to business requirements.
  • Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner

Salary: Negotiable
