MJL Bangladesh PLC. is a publicly listed company in the downstream petroleum sector of Bangladesh engaged in blending, importing, and distributing of Mobil brand lubricants of ExxonMobil. We are looking for ambitious, proactive, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for its Sales & Marketing Department in Dhaka territory.

Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Dhaka (job location can be transferred based on management’s decision)

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University

Experience: 1-2-year (s) of experience in a relevant field is preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply

Job Nature: Full Time

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving planned volume targets and managing both personal and team target goals to meet the company's overall annual target.
• Assisting industrial customers & whole seller in creating mass awareness on the use of quality lubricants in the territory and beyond to establish our strength over the competition.
• Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment and prepare counter-strategy reports
• Following up with potential customers to up-selling and improve the service. The monitor used oil samples on per per-customer basis. Guiding them according to the oil analysis report from the Chief Engineer
• Supporting the technical issues of the Sales Team. Organize training, lube clinic, and inspection to potential industries
• Arranging technical seminars in a year for customers to demonstrate product benefits with the aid of the technical team

Additional Job Requirements:

• Sound Knowledge of computer application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills, and technically sound.
• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply to business requirements.
• Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner
