Position: Senior Executive- Finance & Accounts

Job Location: Chattogram

Major Job and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records with accuracy, completeness, and conformance with accounting standards.
  • Develop, implement, modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, ensure proper use of accounting software.
  • Maintain books/register of fixed assets of the company and regularly update the same.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany ledgers.
  • Maintain books/register of withholding TAX/VAT and coordinate with TAX & VAT dept.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements and other cost-benefits analysis along with management report
  • Maintain L/C costing and preparation bank voucher & settlement of Bank liability.
  • Accomplish classifying posting recording and summarizing of transactions;
  • Reconciliation of Bank & Party Statement.
  • Disbursement of payment, Keeping proper records and its reconciliation.
  • Tax & VAT calculation in accordance with the government rules.
  • Making sure spending is in line with budgets
  • Recommending ways of cutting costs

Educational Requirements

  • MBS / M.Com / MBA in Accounts/ Finance with CA (CC) is must. Knowledge level completed Candidates will be preferred

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2/3 year(s) practical experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skill
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office is essential.
  • Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Can able to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
  • Should be passionate and commitment to promote organizational values
