Position: Divisional Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Major Jobs & Responsibilities:

  • He will ensure the optimum mobility of field sales force, trouble shooting and remove discrepancies in field sales operation.
  • He will assist the Head of Sales & Marketing Division in day-to-day field sales operational management.
  • He will lead the sales team under assigned division towards achievement of the organizational goal.
  • He will responsible for the operational management of division.
  • He will monitor day to day sales, stock management and cash management in each POS under his division.
  • He will make frequent tours to understand and analyze market situation and report to departmental head.
  • He will develop and maintain relationship with business, social and other organizations of mutual interest and benefit (specially for promotional programme)
  • He will ensure utmost utilization and maintenance of the vehicle provided to the division.
  • He will plan, fix and achieve the sales target of Division.
  • He will develop business & market.
  • He will organize ,coordinate and ensure logistic supports towards the field sales force properly
  • He will plan and execute regional promotion both trade and consumer.

Experience: Minimum 8 years working experience in similar position in any reputed MNC/ FMCG company.

Education / Qualification:

  • Masters degree in Business/Accounting / Finance/ Marketing from a reputed Public university.
  • Should be passionate and commitment to promote organizational values
  • Strong analytical skills
  • conceptually sound
  • good communication ability
  • Age at most 45 years
