Educational Qualification

  • HSC/Graduation for any reputed organization

Job Experience

  • Minimum 05 Year.

Age Limit

  • 35 Years

Required Qualificatoins

  • Observe the garments sewing process accuracy on regular basis.
  • Ensuring that the samples produced are with high quality & according to the details specified.
  • Work closely with the sample and merchandising teams to ensure accurate sample preparation.
  • Ensure all patterns are production-friendly and cost-efficient.
  • Assist in technical problem-solving related to pattern issues during sampling or production.
  • Ensure adherence to buyer standards and specifications.
  • Provide input on construction techniques and garment balance.
  • Collaborate with quality control, knitting, and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and product accuracy.
  • Must know about both washed and non-washed garments.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work with the production, merchandising & Finishing teams.
  • Ensure technical specifications and garment construction meet buyer standards.
  • Train and guide production teams on machinery, technical adjustments, and finishing techniques.
  • Analyze production issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and safety practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor in real-time.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production delays and recommend process engineering solutions.
  • Makes best efforts to create congenial work environment what is called "win-win situation"Need to monitor the excess shipment;Reduce the non-used manpower;

  • Kumkumary, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
