MJSKS is a NGO working in Northern part of Bangladesh is looking for a qualified Training Officer for JTI WaSH Project

Job Nature: Full-time
Educational and other Requirements: Master's degree in relevant subject and at least 4-5 years working experience on Water and sanitation programme/projects.
Job Summary:
The Training Officer is one of the most important executive positions in the JTI WaSH Project
At least 4-5 years working experience on Water and sanitation programme/projects, Experience on network/ linkage/collaboration with union and upazila level DPHE departments. Clear conception/understanding on water and sanitation project, Skill on training facilitation, module development, clear understanding on Advocacy, Knowledge on Rights based issues, Skills on monitoring and report writing will be an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication and report writing skills in English and Bangla, Computer skill on MS word, Excel, power point and others, Should have willingness to drive motorcycle and should have valid driving license. Preference will be given to proven working experience on WATSAN based projects

01.Training program implementation |
- Develop all type of training module to meet up project purpose.
- Prepare training plan according to project proposal.
- Prepare training budget.
- Prepare content schedule of training to ensure quality and result.
- Hire or communicate with resource person if necessary.
- Organize and facilitate all types of training.
- Organize and conduct basic training and baseline training for Facilitator

02. Ensure the project base issues and facilitate to the field staff, community, UP bodies and the beneficiaries'. |
- Assist staff in facilitating participatory training and planning exercises with project participants, record and disseminate information to the sessions.
- Organize different workshop, seminar, meeting, and training with community people.

03. Liaison and Networking with other Organizations and institutions in order the share the project issues. |
- Identify potential organizations, WATSAN Committee and civil society in the community and implement collaborative activities.
- Maintain proper communication with local administration, local government, local elite and other stakeholders.

04. Assist to design and develop all necessary appropriate training materials on time. |
- Share with PC to develop the required demonstrating materials for the field based training appropriately for the topics and methods
- Test out the materials in the field before finalization and receive feedback from all level staff and concerned people
- Finalization of Training materials and orient the field staff about its uses
- Documentation and preservation of the materials for further utilization of the project

05. Preparation
and submission
of all reporting
requirements and documentation. |
- Prepare qualitative training reports and submit to respective authority like Project Coordinator, organization and donor also.
- Make effective case study and share with respective authority.
- Make strong documentations on project activities.
- Reports and documents preserve in a standard manner.
- Collect paper cutting and preserve and communicate with local and national level print and electronic media. .

Salary range: Monthly Tk. 28,000/- to 30,000/- with other benefits
