Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO working in Kurigram district is looking for a qualified Project Manager (PM) for ‘IMAGINE Project.

Project Manager (01, preferably women)
Academic/Educational qualification: Masters of Social Science in any discipline.
Job experience:
- At least 5-7 years working experiences with proven skill and competencies in gender equality, women & girls rights and empowerment, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), engaging men and boys, community mobilization and market development.
Other job requirements:
- Proven experiences on program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial management, staff management, report writing and monitoring & evaluation.
- Clear conception/understanding on livelihood and mainstreaming gender and right based project dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- The applicant should have computer skill on MS word, excel, power point and others.
- Experience on network/ linkage/ collaboration with union/ upazila / district level administration and national level network and like-minded organizations.
- Motor bike driving is encouraged.
Salary: Monthly gross salary BDT. 47,000/- (Salary will be negotiable for highly experienced and deserving candidate)
