Manusher Jonno Foundation invites applications for Enlistment from vendors/Supplier/Service Providers in the following categories

CATEGORY
  1. Accommodation/Hotel/Guest House/Resort (including food, training venue) inside Dhaka, different district and division (outside).
  2. Catering Service – Food & Beverage (Packed/Ready).
  3. General Supplier (all goods/items under general supply category, Stationary and Office Supplies).
  4. IT Equipment and Services – Hardware (for example Laptop, Desktop, Multimedia Hardware & Software).
  5. Internet Service Provider (Broadband).
  6. Electronic Equipment and services.
  7. Event Management Company
  8. Individual/Freelancer:(Photography, Videography & relevant functions of media production
  9. Repair and Maintenance (Electrical, AC, Plumbing, Furniture etc.)/ Individual technician I.e. Plumber, Carpenter, Electrician, Mason etc.)
  1. Furniture & Fixture
  2. Printing, Designing and Publications (books, brochure, report, flipchart, poster, diary, calendar, banner, info graphic, etc.)
  3. Safety and Security Items & Services.
  4. Offline Add Firm: (Advertising Firm/Media buying)
  5. Firm/Company:(Photography, Video & Audio visual)
  6. Rent-A-Car Service
  7. Online Ad. Farm(Advertising Firm/Media buying)
  8. Translation (general and thematic)service
  9. Courier Service (Local/International) sea & air

 
  1. Audit Firm
  2. Outsourcing Organization for security guard and cleaning services
  3. Travel Agent  for Air ticket for Domestic & International, visa and accommodation support)
  4. Immigration support service (Visa, Work Permit and related support for MJF Staff)
  5. Individual Consultant (for survey, research, training conduction, module development, audit etc.).
  6. Vehicle service center/vehicle repair and maintenance workshop including spare parts
  7. Consulting Firm (for survey, research, training conduction, module development, materials development etc.).
  8. Tools and machinery (generator, lift, safety and security equipment, maintenance and other relevant equipment)

 

Enlistment Schedule (ES)

Interested vendors are requested to enlist in Manusher Jonno Foundation Vendor enlistment system by submitting your application form Application form.docx/ vendor enlistment form hard copy along with relevant supporting documents mentioned below:

  1. Valid Trade License  (Not for individual consultant)
  2. TIN Certificate
  3. VAT/BIN Registration Documents (Not for individual consultant)
  4. Existing Client List
  5. Bank Account Details

For the format and details information, please visit our website www.manusherjonno.org. Who do not have access to the computer may collect the formats from our office from Sunday through Thursday during office hours.

Current/Existing vendors are requested to re-register with renewed documents.
