Overview Seeking a responsible, enthusiastic, and quick-learning developer to help maintain and evolve an existing, large-scale Hospital Management System (HMS). This is an excellent opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced software developer on an established project. You will have access to existing resources and receive mentorship while contributing to a complex, real-world application. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support HMS modules across Flutter, React, Laravel/PHP, C# APIs, and PostgreSQL.
• Configure role-based access, system setups, and module parameters.
• Train users, prepare quick guides/SOPs, and provide on-site support during rollouts.
• Perform initial/master data entry and corrections (setup, product, stock) during installation.
• Investigate issues, fix bugs, and deliver small enhancements and new features.
• Execute safe database updates with audit trails and backups when users make mistakes.
  
• Write clean code, PRs, and basic unit tests; follow SDLC and version control practices.
  
• Monitor logs, performance, and integrations; escalate and document incidents.
  

Required Skills

• Solid fundamentals in programming, OOP, data structures, and debugging.
  
• Basic experience with any of: Flutter/Dart, React/TypeScript, PHP/Laravel, C#/ASP.NET, PostgreSQL/SQL.
  
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP.
• Familiarity with Git, branching, and issue tracking.
• Strong communication, patience for user training, and a service mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare/HMS, inventory, billing, or EMR workflows.
• Basic DevOps (Windows/IIS, CI/CD, backups, environment configs).
• Scripting for data migration and validation.

Education

• Bachelor’s in CSE/SE/IT or equivalent skills. Fresh graduates encouraged.
