Job Context

Mikhail Plastopak Ltd, a leading 100% export oriented Garments Accessories manufacturer based in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic and driven Executive / Sr. Executive to join our Business Development Department. The Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in expending our local presence to RMG industry of Bangladesh by identifying and acquiring new clients, expanding into new market, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They are expected to be proactive, result-oriented, and well-versed in market dynamics and industry trends.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop revenue strategies and Marketing campaigns.
• Track sales activities and reports.
• Maintain client database.
• Promote and sell company's products and services.
• Maintain and expand customer feedback database.
• Advise management on corporate strategy.
• Develop, implement and maintain sales and marketing plans and policies.
• Develop and regularly review sales and marketing budget.
• Increasing after sales services.
• Communicate & Visit with Buying House & garments factory.
• Sales Target, Monthly Sales Report & Daily Sales Information.
• Report to Head of Departments.
• Must have knowledge Microsoft Office Program.
• Must have Strong analytical ability on job.
• Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Bachelor's /Master's Marketing
• Candidates from any reputed University will get preference.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1-3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Woven/Non-Woven Interlining, Fabric and others items of Garment accessories.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 25-32 years
• Only males allowed applying.
• Excellent Communication skill both in English & Bangla.
• Must have basic Computer Skills MS Word, Excel, and E-mail etc.
