Designation: Technical Sales Engineer

We are currently seeking an accurate, experienced, and thorough Engineer to join our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be very hands-on, curious, flexible and service-oriented. Educational Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical) from any reputed University

Job Requirements:

• Look after all corporate technical programs , Engineering Alerts.
• Analyze customer issues and develop necessary actions and ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction to provide appropriate support.
• Research,diagnose,troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues by follow standard procedures.
• Provide training to the industries audience(Engineers,Technicians,Operators) about different engineering products.
• Conduct regular technical Seminars and programme review meetings as required to support tasks.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Manage requests from internal and external clients and resolve it through email and phone.
• Perform troubleshoot on all network and application issues and recommend resolutions to ensure better customer services.
• Corporate Sales
• Monitor all assign cases for customer support and update all activities on company tracking system.
• Evaluate customer designs and recommend procedures for optimal use of products as per guidelines.
• Support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities to resolve internal and external technical problems with product and/or processes.
• Undertake detailed analysis and assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
• Participation in Trade Fairs and Exhibition
• Monitor and review effectiveness of engineering data management processes; make recommendations for engineering data changes & improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer documents and prepare reports for all issues and resolutions
• Must be fluent in English.
• Daily report to management

Experience Requirements:

• Age 25 to 32 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• At least 3 year(s) experience.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
