Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales & Marketing for Chattogram

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent must have the leadership quality to run a Sales Team         
  • Must be capable to achieve the respective team’s sales target.
  • Identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure team activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan.
  • Maintain sales and customer information and report to the respective supervisor
  • Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Should be self-motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work beyond general working hours.

 : Graduate/ Post Graduate from any discipline
Experience
 : 05-07 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Real Estate sector)
