Position: Project Engineer - Land Project

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering and Construction works of the Land Project such as sand filling, Earth leveling, Road Construction, Plot demarcation, Sewerage system, Drainage system etc.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition.
- To control and monitor sub contractors, Sub-contractor bill, project inventory and wastage Management etc.
- Prepare information regarding design, structure, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs and construction time.
- Capable of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of site work for completion of any work as per schedule.
- Capable to arrange all quality controlling process are maintained properly.
- Maintain Construction data such as time, progress, and cost records, and prepare management reports of development results to establish work schedules, assignments, and development sequences to meet goals.
- Always keep update knowledge about the latest materials and their prices and availability.
Additional Requirement:
The incumbent who has experience in land project development works will be given preferences.
Job nature: Full time
Educational Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institutes
Experience: At least 05 years experience in similar works
Salary Range: Negotiable
