Position: Assistant General Manager - Land Procurement

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- The incumbent shall be responsible for land acquisition for joint venture project in prime location in Dhaka City Corporation area.
- Responsible for the land procurement activities including policy formulation and implementation.
- To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.
- Must be capable to achieve the company’s land procurement targets.
- Identify and establish contact with potential land owners.
- Develop and Maintain good relationship with land owners.
- Responsible for preparing proposal, land visit with proper assessment and meeting with landowners.
- Responsible for checking land papers and documentation.
- The candidate should be self motivated, hardworking, ready to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Responsible for market survey & competitors' activities analysis.
- Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Job nature: Full time
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate from any discipline
Experience: At least 07-10 years experience in Real Estate Companies
Salary Range: Negotiable
